Beer

Beer, or, ale, has been in existence for thousands of years and is commonly the choice of beverage for the working person. Glasses of ale have been featured in countless paintings for hundreds of years as part of social atmospheres depicting barmaids and environments where people gather. Living in Portland, Oregon, the city with the largest number of breweries on Earth, plus, being a home brewer, it is a fitting choice to use glasses of ale as the subject of still life.
