The Portrait

The portrait is focused on the individual nature of a figure. It is not meant to be a skillful representation. It is, instead, a descriptive analysis of  features and  layers that are unique to a particular person. The portrait should be a study of the inner qualities that are identifiable; to reveal, rather than give a superficial description.
